DHAKA: BNP chairperson and also former premier Khaleda Zia is scheduled to hold a meeting with party’s senior leaders at her Gulshan political office in city.

The meeting is expected to start at 9:00pm on Monday.

BNP chairperson’s media wing member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Sources said that the BNP chief may discuss about the current political situation of the country as well as the party’s strategy of movement after the Eid.

This will be the first meeting at the BNP chief’s political office since after April 5.

Khaleda Zia stayed in the office from early January to press demand of free and fair national election under caretaker government. She also led nationwide anti-government movement from the office.
