3 BSD men held in city

DHAKA: Police detained three activists of Bangladesh Samajtantrik Dal (BSD) from Topkhana road area of the city on Saturday.

The detainees were identified as Tariqul Aslam, 35, Progoti Barman Proma, 25, and Saima Afroza, 25.

Shahbagh Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Abu Bakar Siddique confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said the trio were detained from a lane of the area around 3:55pm.
