DHAKA: A Dhaka court Monday rejected the bail plea of BNP chairperson’s adviser Shamsuzzaman Dudu in four cases  on charge of vandalizing vehicles, hurling cocktails, and creating bar in police duties filed with Paltan Thana .

The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge M Kamrul Hasan Molla passed the order after hearing his bail petition.

Advocate Sanaullah Mia stood for BNP’s accused leader in the court.

Joynul Abedin Mezbah Uddin, one of the lawyers of Dudu, confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier on January 11, police arrested Dudu from city’s Mirpur area when he was on way to attend a function.
