SYLHET: Terming the killers of boy Shamiul Alam Rajon as demons, State Minister for women and children affairs Meher Afroz Chumki said special tribunal will be formed to try the brutal killing.

She made the remark while visiting Rajon’s family in Kumargaon Bade Ali village on Wednesday noon.

Meher Afroz Chumki said, “The government is determined for trial of Rajon killing. Prime Minister also asked to do it. I will talk to Law Minister for forming a special tribunal.”

None of the killers will be spared and stern action will be taken if any ignorance found in the trial process, she added.

Later on behalf of the Prime Minister, the state minister handed over a cheque of Tk 1 lakh to Rajon’s family.
