DHAKA: A hacker group, Cyber 71, hacked Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal’s official website www.jcd-bnp.org urging the its leaders and activists not to create violence for celebrating BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s birthday on August 15, the national mourning day.

The Cyber 71 group posted it in their facebook fan page around 4:00pm Friday.

Visitor of JCD’s website are being welcomed by a statement stating -- “Banglar Nabab is back … Hacked by “Haxor Ahmed”.

The statement urged JCD leaders and activists not to create violence over celebrating BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s birthday on national mourning day.

The statement also said not only young generation but also whole countrymen are against violence.

Terming Bangabandhu as the pole star for Bangladesh, the statement said, “Had you respected him forgetting political rivalry, the opposition would also have shown respect to Ziaur Rahman.”

It also said, “You (JCD leaders and activists) are the mainstay of one of the main parties of Bangladesh. This is why we believe you can bring changes to the politics of violence in the country.”

The website was not recovered till 9:00pm.
