2 Jamaat men among 202 arrested in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: Police arrested 202 people including two activists of Jamaat-e-Islami in drives conducted in Satkania upazila of Chittagong district early Monday.

Satkania Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Mohammad Farid Uddin Khandakar told banglanews that they arrested two Jamaat-men in accusation of creating violence in the area.

The other 200 arrestees were warranted, the OC added.
