Dhaka: A man was killed under the wheels of a train in city’s Karwanbazar area early Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as Golam Nabi Milon, 31, organizing secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan (North) Sainik League.

Dhaka Railway Thana assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Sirajul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Meanwhile, victim’s sister Munira claimed Milon had dispute with a local drugs trader, Tapu.

She alleged that Tapu might have killed her brother, he added.

Railway police, however, sent the body to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy.
