CHITTAGONG: Law enforcers arrested 90, including a Islami Chhatra Shibir activist, from various upazilas of the district early Wednesday.

During the drive, police also seized 368-liter locally made liquor and 700-gm hashish.

Additional superintendent (special branch) of police Muhammad Naimul Hasan confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He also said the Shibir activist was arrested from Satkania upazila.

Of the arrested, 89 are accused in various cases, he added.
