MYMENSINGH: Kotwali Thana police detained 10 people on suspicion of activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir, student front of Jamaat-e-Islami, from Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital (MMCH) in Mymensingh district on early Saturday.

One of the detainees was identified as Mahfuzur Rahman Musa (22).

Kotwali Model Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Qamrul Islam said that they detained 10 people following their suspicious movement. They might be involved with Chhatra Shibir, he added.

They were produced before the court on Saturday morning as accused in previous cases, the OC also said.
