81 arrested in Jessore

JESSORE: Police arrested 81 accused of different cases, conducting drives in different parts of Jessore district.

Jessore district police control room on-duty policeman Sabbir Hossain told banglanews that the drives were conducted from Monday night to Tuesday morning.

One of the detainees has been identified as a Jamaat-e-Islami activist, he added.
