GAZIPUR: Police arrested 35 people in accusation of creating violence and others criminal offences in Tongi Thana area of Gazipur district.

Moreover, the law enforcers also seized illegal drugs from the possession of some of the detainees.

Tongi Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Mohammad Aminul Islam told banglanews that the arrest drives were conducted from Monday evening to Tuesday early morning.

Police detained 35 people in accusation of creating violence and other criminal offences, he added.
