CHITTAGONG: Police arrested 112 accused in several cases, including sabotage, from different upazilas of Chittagong district.

Chittagong additional superintendent of police (special branch) Mohammad Naimul Hasan told banglanews that of the 112 arrestees, 26 were accused in regular cases while 86 were wanted accused.

Police conducted the nightlong special drives in Boalkahli, Patia, Anwara, Chandanaish, Satkania, Lohagara, Banshkhali, Raujan, Rangunia, Hathazar, Fatikchhari, Sitakunda, Mirsarai and Sandwip upazilas on Saturday.
 
Besides, during the drives, police recovered 234 liters locally made liquor from Patia upazila while 49 pieces of yaba tablets and 700gram cannabis from Sitakunda.
