GAZIPUR: BNP standing committee member Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain has been released on bail on Wednesday afternoon.

He got released from Kashimpur High Security Jail Part-1 around 4:15pm.

Kashimpur High Security Jail Part-1 jail super Subrata Kumar Bala said that the bail papers reached the jail at noon.

‘Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain got released after scrutinizing the papers,’ he added.

However, the BNP leader’s son Dr Khandker Maruf Hossain, the leader’s lawyer Khandakar Mahbub Hossain and over one hundred BNP leaders and activists were present at the jail gate to receive Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain.
