DHAKA: Election Commission (EC) has re-fixed March 20 for voting in Tangail-4 by-polls.

EC secretary Shamsul Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews Sunday (February 28).

‘No need to submit new nomination,’ he added.

Earlier, Supreme Court (SC) postponed for two weeks following a plea of Kader Siddiqui who sought stay of a High Court (HC) order that turned down his appeal against the cancellation of his candidacy in Tangail-4 by-election.
