DHUNAT (BOGRA): Police detained Dhunat municipality unit secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami on suspicion of creating violence in the area on Wednesday (March 9).

The detainee, identified as Habibur Rahman (52), was detained from Dhunat Central Jame Mosque around 10:00am.

Dhunat Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Mizanur Rahman told banglanews that the detainee, who is also an assistant teacher of HR Dakhil Madrassa, planed to carry out subversive attacks in the area during ongoing hartal on Wednesday.
