86 arrested in Rangpur

RANGPUR: Law enforcing agency personnel arrested 86 accused in several cases from eight upazilas of the district in drives from Sunday night to Monday morning (June 13).

Law enforcers conducted the drive as part of the ongoing countrywide crackdown against militants and criminals.

Confirming the matter, acting police super of Rangpur Abdullah Al Faruq told banglanews that they sent the arrestees to the court.
