4 Ansarullah men remanded again

CHITTAGONG: A district court on Sunday (July 17) remanded again four Ansarullah Bangla Team men for more three days in a case under Anti-terrorism Act.

The judge of Chittagong judge court Hossain Mohammad Reza passed the order.

District court police inspector HM Mashiur Rahman told banglanews that they asked for 10 days remand for the four accused.

The accused are M Sipon alias Faisal, 25, Khursed Alam, 31, Rasel M Islam, 41, and Musa Ibne Umayer, 25.

Earlier on Tuesday (July 12), the court of Additional Chief Judge ASM Shahidullah Kaisar passed the order.

Mashiur Rahman said that they arrested the four members of the banned outfit on Saturday (July 9) after a daylong drives in Sitakunda upazila.

The law enforcers also recovered eight machetes, six mobile phone sets, a laptop, a tap and some jihadist books.
