COMILLA: A Chhatra League leader, named Saiful Khaled, succumbed to injuries, sustained during clash at Comilla University early Monday (August 1).

He was organizing secretary of Kazi Nazrul Islam hall Chhatra League and a student of Marketing (7th).

His mate Sadi confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier, two groups of BCL locked into clash centering lighting candle at portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, leaving few injured including three bullet wound.

Saiful was declared dead by doctors after he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital at 05:10am.
