BNP announces 19-member standing committee

DHAKA: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has declared a 19-member standing committee.

Party’s secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement in a press briefing around 12:00pm on Saturday (August 6).

Former commerce minister Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and Salahuddin Ahmed are the new faces in the committee.
