DHAKA: BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia will appear before the lower court on Wednesday (August 10) in 12 cases of sedition, sabotage and corruption.

The chairperson’s lawyer and BNP central committee legal affairs secretary advocate Sanaullah Miah confirmed the matter to banglanews on Tuesday (August 9).

He said Khaleda Zia will seek bail in nine cases for creating sabotage in Darus Salam Thana area from January to March in 2015.

She will also appear before the court in Naiko graft case, Barapukuria coal mine graft case and hearing to form charge in a sedition case, Sanaullah Miah added.
