18 Jamaat activists held in city

DHAKA: Police, in a special drive, detained 18 members of Jamaat-e-Islami from Merul Badda area of the city early Friday (August 19).

The drive was conducted from Thursday midnight to Friday morning.

Badda Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Abdul Jalil confirmed the matter to banglanews.
