DHAKA: A city court on Thursday (September 22) issued arrest warrant against 14 people, including BNP vice-chairman Selima Rahman and party chairperson’s special assistant Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas in a sabotage case.

The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge M Qamrul Hossain Molla issued the order after the charge-sheet against 20 accused into cognizance.

Additional public prosecutor of the court Tapas Kumar Paal confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

Of the accused, six were present in the court, he added.

The sabotage case was filed with Pallabi police station in city in February of 2015.
