DHAKA: Major (retd) Zia, the main mastermind of the terrorist attack at Holey Artisan Bakery restaurant in Dhaka, is under close observation of the government as and will be arrested at anytime.

Bangladesh home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal made the observation during a cloth distribution program at Sri Sri Lokenath Brahmachari Ashram temple in Swamibagh area in the capital on Saturday (October 8).

The minister further said: “All the perpetrators of the attack have been identified. Some of them were captured while the rest of them are under law enforcement agency’s surveillance.”
