RAJSHAHI: A Jubo League activist was killed in a road accident at Amasho village under Tanore upazila of the district Saturday noon (October 15).

The deceased was identified as Osman Gani, 25, son of late Shamsuddin Mandal of the upazila.

Tanore Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Mirza Abdus Salam told Banglanews that Osman fell on the road while his motorbike hit a bicycle in the area at noon.

He was rushed to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital where the attending doctors declared him dead, the OC added.
