THAKURGAON: BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said Awami League (AL) does not practice democracy as they have no trust on it.

In response to a comment of AL general secretary Obaidul Quader, the BNP senior leader came up with this assertion at his residence in Thakurgaon on Thursday (November 17) in response to his comment.

Blaming the AL for recent attacks and vandalism, Fakhrul said, they (AL) are blaming others of their own deed.

After talking to media, Fakhrul Islam left Thakurgaon for Dhaka.
