DHAKA: Opposition BNP Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed on Thursday criticized Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for her remarks over BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.
“The common people of the country can even demand that prime minister and her colleagues should go to hospital for EEG city scan as they are telling abnormally,” he said.
The BNP leader came up with the remarks while talking to journalists in a press conference at Party’s Nayapaltan office on Thursday.
The senior leader of the party alleged that Awami League leaders and their relatives have embezzled hundreds crore of taka of the country’s people.
He also criticized election commissioner Jabed Ali’s remarks.
Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina suggested opposition chairperson Khaleda Zia to pay a visit to an eye doctor.
On the other hand, election commissioner Brig Gen (retd) Jabed Ali claimed election commission’s backbone is alright in response to Khaleda Zia’s remaks.
