Bangladesh 60/6 at lunch in Dhaka Test against South Africa

Bangladesh's batting lineup collapsed on the first morning of the Dhaka Test against South Africa, with the hosts reduced to 60 for 6 by lunch.

Opting to bat first, Bangladesh's innings quickly fell apart as Wiaan Mulder's devastating spell accounted for three key wickets, including captain Mominul Haque and Najmul Hossain Shanto.

Mahmudul Hasan Joy remained unbeaten on 16, trying to hold the innings together.

However, Mushfiqur Rahim, who was expected to stabilize the innings, fell to a superb delivery from Kagiso Rabada after scoring just 11 runs.

Litton Das and Mehidy Hasan Miraz also failed to make significant contributions, with Mehidy falling to spinner Keshav Maharaj.

This performance left Bangladesh in a precarious position as they seek their first-ever Test victory against South Africa, having never won in their 14 previous meetings
