Sri Lanka beat India by 2 wickets

DHAKA: Sri Lanka beat India by 2 wickets in the 4th match of Asia Cup at Fatulla Stadium of Narayanganj district Friday.

Chasing India-set 264 runs, Sri Lanka managed to reach the target basing on Kumar Sangakkara’s ton in 50 over.  

Earlier in the first innings, India scored 264 runs for nine wickets after 50-over.    

Sri Lankan bowler ABW Mendis bagged four Indian wickets.

Earlier Sri Lankan captain AD Mathew won the toss and elected to bowl first.
