DHAKA: A four-day Anjan’s University beach cricket titled ‘Beat the Beach’ will be held at Cox’s Bazar Sports Zone from March 26.

Total Plus Limited, Adventure Views and Holidays Bangladesh will jointly organize the tournament. Country’s one of the largest news portal banglanews24.com will be a media partner.

The organizers informed media at a press conference on Monday noon at Olympic Bhaban auditorium in city.

The organizers said, eight universities will take part in two groups of the tournament. Each team will play six overs.

Event brand ambassador also former cricketer of national team Javed Omar, event title sponsor CEO Shahin Ahmed, Total Plus Limited chairman SM Abdus Shakur and Adventure Views chairman Wadud Mohsin were present at the press conference.
