DHAKA: West Indies defeated Bangladesh by 73 runs in the 20th match of World T20 at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur Tuesday.

Chasing 171-run target given by West Indies, Bangladesh scored 98 runs losing all wickets in 19.1 overs.

Earlier, West Indies scored 171 runs for seven wickets in the stipulated over.

Dwayne Smith, who is the Man of the Match, says, "We have a good bowling attack, so it was important to put the runs on the board. Well done to our bowlers and our fielders. we had a very bad first game so we went and spent time in the nets to work hard on our mistakes. I am glad to see that Santokie performed well and hope he goes from strength to strength."
