DHAKA: A Special tribunal Wednesday banned cricketer Mohammad Ashraful for eight years and fined Tk 10 lac for his involvement in last Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) match fixing.

The court also banned Dhaka Gladiators’ owner Shehab Chowdhury for 10 yrs with Tk 20 lac fine.

Besides, the tribunal also banned two Dhaka Gladiators’ players Lou Vincent and Kaushal Lokuarachchi for three years and 18 months respectively.
