DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) selection committee will declare the final team for ICC World Cup-2015 within a week after getting the fitness report on January 2.

BCB selector Minhazul Abedin Nannu came up with the assertion while talking to reporters at BCB office in Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Sunday.

Nannu said the selection committee will wait till the fitness report to declare Bangladesh final team for world cup which is going to be held in Australia and New Zealand from February 14 next.

However, according to the rule BCB have to declare the team within January 7.

The selector Nannu gave a sign that the committee is also thinking about the players who did not get opportunity to play in National League.

So, there is a chance for Jubair Hossain Likhon, Arafat Sunny, Imrul Kayes and others, he added.
