Pakistan facing BCB XI

DHAKA: Visiting Pakistanis’ are facing the bowling Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) XI are facing bowling in a warm-up match on Wednesday ahead of the beginning of Bangladesh-Pakistan series.

The match kicked off at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah of Narayanganj at 9:30am.

Pakistanis scored 21 for no loss in 4.2-overs till filling this report.

Mohammad Hafeez began Pakistanis’ innings with Azhar Ali on the other end of the crease while Al-Amin Hossain bowled the first over of the innings.

Hafeez (14 off 14) and Ali (6 off 12) are batting now.

Pakistan cricket team arrived in Dhaka on Monday for their moth-long series against Bangladesh to play three One-Day Internationals (ODIs), two Tests and a lone Twenty20.

The ODIs will be played on April 17, 19 and 22. All of them will be held at Mirpur's Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

The lone T20, on April 24, will be followed by a two-match Test series starting on April 28 in Khulna. The second Test will start on May 6 in Mirpur.
