DHAKA: Bangladesh won the SAFF Football U-16 Championship title with a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over India on Tuesday.

The hosts clinched a 4-2 shoot-out victory when the game ended 1-1 goal within the stipulated 90 minute time at Sylhet District Stadium.
