DHAKA:  Jatiya Sangsad (JS) accorded reception to Tri-Bangiya Cricket Tournament champion Bangladesh Blind Cricket Team.

Bangladesh national blind team became joint champions in the Tri-Bangiya International Blind Cricket held in Kolkata on June 17.

Members of Visual Impaired Cricket and officials concerned were accorded reception at IPD conference room of Jatiya Sangsad in city on Wednesday.

Deputy Speaker M Fazle Rabbi Mia distributed crests among the members of the winning team.

Prior to crest distribution, he said that the day is not far away when Bangladesh will be world champion in cricket with increased sponsorship of the government in all types of games including cricket.
