The India Under-19 team will be coached by Rahul Dravid, who was handed the responsibility earlier this year. He is also the India A coach as well.

Under Dravid’s watch he won his first couple of silverware when India won the unofficial Test series against South Africa A and the tri-series comprising of Australia A and South Africa A as well.

India are all set to play the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, which will be held in Bangladesh between January 22 to February 14 2016.

Last time the tournament was hosted in Bangladesh was in 2004.

This will be Dravid’s first big assignment as the Under-19 coach will hope to achieve success just like he did with the India A side.

A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament, which include 10 full members and six associate members.
