DHAKA: A mini sky marathon, titled ‘Nilsagar Group Corporate Sky Marathon’, held in city on Friday morning.

The one and quarter hour long competition started from the at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) entrance at 7:32am.

Over 400 participants ran five kilometers from the ICCB entrance to Icchapur Bridge along the Purbachal Expressway and returned from there to ICCB gate for another five kilometer.

‘Everest Academy’ and ‘A for Adventure’ organized the event, in assistance with Nilsagar Group.

Esteemed mountaineer Musa Ibrahim conducted the marathon.

Earlier, the program was organized in Sylhet on November 6, in Barisal on November 13 and in Barguna on November 14. It also will be organized in Chittagong.

Later, the top 10 contestants each from all competitions will participate in the main sky marathon that will be held in Bandarban on December 19.
