DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricketer Tamim Iqbal and his wife Ayesha Siddiqa have been blessed with a baby boy on Sunday morning.

Tigers opener wrote on his facebook page, ‘Our little bundle of joy has arrived! By the Grace of Almighty, we’ve been blessed with a baby boy earlier this morning.’

‘Though both mom and son are doing fine, Doctors have kept the little one under observation for 24 hours. Please keep us in your prayers’, he added.

Ayesha Siddiqa gave birth to a baby boy at a hospital in Bangkok.

Earlier, the left-hander was granted paternal leave from Bangladesh Cricket Board and has flown to Bangkok for the birth of his first child.
