DHAKA: Beating Oman by 54 runs in D/L method Bangladesh reached Super 10 stage of World T20 on Sunday mid night.

Oman captain decided to bowl first winning the toss at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium at Dharmashala.

Bangladesh scored 180 runs losing two wickets as Tamim Iqbal hit maiden T20 century, 103 off 63 balls. Sabbir, Shakib and Soumya scored 44, 17 and 12 runs respectively.

While chasing 181-run target, Oman had to face stern bowling of Tigers as well the rain. Shakib hunted four Oman wickets. Oman faced 54 runs defeat in D/L method.

Tamim Iqbal was awarded Man of the Match.
