DHAKA: Hosts New Zealand has announced 13-man team for the upcoming Australia-New Zealand One day International (ANZ ODI) cricket series against Bangladesh.

 

Tigers are currently staying in Australia to adjust the foreign weather before facing Kiwi side in the final series.

 

33-year old Neil Broom have made return to the ODI squad after 6 years while Luke Ronchi will be replacing wicketkeeper BJ Watling.

NZ squad has also left out Todd Astle, Henry Nicholls and Ross Taylor, who had undergone a surgery on his left eye.  

The first match of the 3-match ODI series between New Zealand and Bangladesh will begin on 26th December in Chirstchurch while the next two ODIs will be held at Nelson on 29th and 31st December.

New Zealand ODI squad for Bangladesh series: Kane Williamson (captain), Trent Boult, Neil Broom, Lockie Ferguson, Colin de Grandhomme, Martin Guptill, Matt Henry, Tom Latham, Colin Munro, James Neesham, Luke Ronchi, Mitchell Santner, Tim Southee.
