DHAKA: Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is set to send U-16 girls to South Korea and Vietnam, for playing practice matches as part of preparation ahead of the Final stage of AFC U-16 Women's Championship.

As part of the warming-up plan, the girls are going to South Korea on July 9, to play four practice matches.

The Tigresses will be playing against South Korea U-16 team, two school teams and a women's football club, in the tour. 

Besides the matches, the girls will also practice in Paju National Football Center (NFC) in Kyounggi Province. 

After returning home, the girls will fly Vietnam in the last part of August.

Afterwards, they will tour Thailand to play at the Final stage of AFC U-16 Championship.

The games will be played at Chonburi city of Thailand on September 10-23.

However, the best three teams from Thailand will be allowed to play in the Under-17 Women's World Cup.

Earlier, the Tigresses in red and green jerseys returned home on June 25 after touring Japan and playing three practice matches against them.

Moreover, earlier the girls also toured Singapore and China once each.
