DHAKA: Dr Monirul Amin, a physician of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), died at Square Hospital in Dhaka Thursday (December 14).

He breathed his last following cardinal problems.

He was 46.

BCB, in a message, expressed profound shock at the premature death of Monirul. The highest authoritarian body of Bangladesh cricket also expressed deep condolence with the bereaved family members.  

Monirul joined BCB as a sports physician in 2010.

He was a dedicated soul to serve better for the national cricketers.
