DHAKA: Injured skipper of Bangladesh national cricket team Test and T20 squads Shakib Al Hasan has left a hospital in Melbourne, Australia after undergoing treatment for five days.
Now Shakib will continue the recovery process in Melbourne and therefore isn’t returning Dhaka soon. Afterwards, he will fix date for leaving for home after observing the condition of his injured little finger.
The ace all-rounder has been surviving with an injured finger. He was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2018 in Dubai and returned home, due to the injury. After taking initial treatment at Apollo Hospital in Dhaka, he flew to Melbourne on Oct 5.
Physicians at the Australian hospital told Shakib that he shouldn’t undergo any surgery in next six months at least. But, he will be able to play cricket when the infection gets recovered.
Reports of the medical tests were found satisfactory.
