DHAKA: Double tons from Mominul Haque-Mushfiqur Rahim partnership has become the highest for Bangladesh, for 4th wicket in Test cricket.  

The partnership was off 261 runs till filing this report.

On Sunday (Nov 11), Mominul scored 156 runs off 241 balls and Mushfiq 110 runs off 211 balls, till filing this report, on opening day of the second and last Test against visiting Zimbabwe. 

It was Mominul’s seventh hundred while sixth for Mushfiq.

The match is being held at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

Earlier, Mominul shared the same record of partnership with Liton Das, collecting 180 runs jointly against Sri Lanka in Chittagong this year. 

However, Zimbabwe took the two-match series 1-0 by defeating the Tigers in Sylhet Test.
