DHAKA: Bangladesh leveled the 3-match T20I series beating West Indies by 36 runs in the 2nd match on Thursday (December 20).
Captain Shakib Al Hasan was adjudged the Player of the Match for his five-wicket haul and not out 42 at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
Earlier the visiting West Indies won the toss and sent Bangladesh to bat. Tigers lost four wickets to score 211 runs in stipulated 20 overs.
Opener Liton Das secured highest score (60 off 34) for the team while Ace all rounder Shakib Al Hasan (C) and Soumya Sarkar added 42 and 32 runs respectively.
Later, in response, West Indies lost all wickets to score 175 runs. Rovman Powell took the highest 50 runs off 34 balls.
