DHAKA: Bangladesh Cuttermaster Mustafizur Rahman was included in the ODI Team of the Year of International Cricket Council (ICC) for 2018.

Mustafiz was the lone Bangladeshi cricketer to join the squad of four players of India, four of England, one of New Zealand and one of Afghanistan. 

In 2018, Mustafiz hauled 29 wickets in 18 ODIs which was second highest for the year.

Virat Kohli, however, was named as captain of both the ODI and Test sides.
