DHAKA:  New Zealand won by eight wickets against Bangladesh in the 1st ODI in Napier city of New Zealand's North Island on Wednesday (February 13).

Tigers were bowled out in 48.5 overs scoring 232 runs. New Zealand managed to win in 44.3 overs losing only 2 wickets.

Mohammad Mithun scored 62 runs out of 90 balls.

Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first.
