DHAKA: New Zealand completed a 3-0 one-day international series whitewash over Bangladesh after winning the third and final match by 88 runs at the University Oval in Dunedin.
Bangladesh could manage 242 runs with Sabbir Rahman hammering an impressive 102 in response to the 331-run target on Wednesday (Feb 20).

Saifuddin fell after hitting 44 but Sabbir kept going and scored his first career hundred in ODIs. The ton still came in a lost cause as New Zealand won by 88 runs with Sabbir the last wicket to fall after an 110-ball 102.
Earlier, the hosts stormed to a total of 330 for six in the third ODI. Mustafizur picked up two wickets.
New Zealand with three half-centuries from Henry Nicholls (64), Ross Taylor (69) and Tom Latham (59) made the huge score after losing the toss.
