Opener Shikhar Dhawan collected 117 runs off 109 balls with 16 boundaries.
Captain Virat Kohli contributed 82 off 77 balls while Rohit Sharma 57 off 70 balls and Hardik Pandya 48 off 27 balls with four boundaries and three over boundaries.
India lost five wickets in stipulated 50 overs to collect 352.
For Australia, Marcus Stoinis hauled 2 wickets while Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Nathan Coulter-Nile bagged one wicket each.
India won the toss and opted to bat first.
Australia defeated Afghanistan and then overcame a scare against West Indies, with Nathan Coulter-Nile scoring 92 and Mitchell Starc grabbing five wickets.
Earlier, India beat South Africa by six wickets.
