DHAKA: Tigers’ Spin bowling coach Daniel Vettori will arrive in Dhaka on Friday (Oct 24) and likely to join preparatory camp ahead of India tour of Bangladesh National Cricket Team. 

The Tigers are scheduled to start their camp for the India tour Friday. 

Earlier in July, BCB announced ex-New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori and former South African pacer Charl Langeveldt had been appointed bowling coaches.

Vettori, who retired in 2015, also has experience of coaching at franchise level in the IPL with Royal Challengers Bangalore.

"Spin bowling has been a traditional strength for Bangladesh. I hope to share my knowledge as a player and coach of the demands of modern day spin bowling in all versions of the game and help the bowlers make good intelligent decisions so that they can maximise their talents and skills," Vettori in a BCB statement said after his appointment.

Charl Langeveldt has already joined as coach of Bangladesh cricket team.
